As growth of the our corporation, the quality assurance department (QAD) of YIYI has a comprehensive quality assurance system, from supplier quality management to customer service, the whole quality control stages were contained. We have about 20 quality technicians and 120 inspector now. We put prevention first, and apply advanced test technology and reliability test to ensure the quality.

YIYI believes that the best way to insure product quality is to review the engineering design at the inception of product development as to insure the original product match the design value. The Quality Assurance Department is in charge of design review of all products, meanwhile, follow up the status for new product launched . A series of detailed tests are made throughout the development process, like function tests, specification verification, and compatibility tests. A component review is also conducted for reliability requirements.
